About Themes

There are many variables that affect the price of a party - the type of party, number of guests, location, and the desired amount of decorations. Each event is unique, which makes each pricing different.

Step One

Free Consultation

To setup a FREE consultation, please fill out the form on the Contact page.

For the consultation, you will meet with me, Randi, either over the phone or virtually, where we will discuss your vision and details for your desired party, level of involvement, and budget.

Step Two

Cost and Contract

After consultation, we will meet in person to go over the vision board, details, and budget/fees for the party. We will discuss design, floor plan, decor/color scheme to match the theme (If needed, the coordination of vendors and their roles). Set-up, food, cake/dessert, invitations, entertainment, balloons, and take-down will be considered. We will clarify any concerns or questions.

Once both parties agree, the services agreement will be signed and a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required before any work will be done for your party. The remainder will be due at the conclusion of the party.

Cash, Venmo, or Paypal accepted.

Step Three

Planning and Presenting

Another meeting will be scheduled within a week prior to the party to solidify the plan and schedule.

We offer:

Email and/or phone support during the planning process.

Final meeting prior to the party date to solidify the arrangements.

Day-of coordination: Managing on-site set-up, carryout and clean up.

Balloon Package

$15 per foot + $75 Service Fee.

Includes balloons (latex-all sizes and foil) and set up of arches and/or column displays.

+$50 for backdrop/backdrop stand.

Cash, Venmo or Paypal accepted.
